Located in the Armenian Quarter of Bucharest, this once-magnificent villa stands as a relic of the city’s architectural past. Originally built in 1892 for Dumitru T. Dobrescu, a professor of Romanian, Greek, and Latin at the Nifon Seminary, the house later became part of the dowry of his daughter, Victoria, upon her marriage to Ștefan Minovici in 1904. Ștefan, the brother of renowned forensic scientist Mina Minovici and professor Nicolae Minovici, would come to call this architectural gem his home.
